At OpenText, AI is at the heart of everything we do-powering innovation, transforming work, and empowering digital knowledge workers. We're hiring talent that AI can't replace to help us shape the future of information management. Join us.
Your Impact:
As OpenText accelerates its AI transformation, Ireland has become a key strategic R&D hub for advanced AI engineering, applied AI platforms, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, and trusted enterprise innovation.
As part of this investment, we're seeking a Senior AI Developer - a software engineer contributing to AI application development with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
This role sits at the heart of both OpenText's global AI strategy and the expansion of our Ireland R&D capability. You will contribute to building the next generation of sovereign AI for Europe, supporting the development of our EMEA Centre of Excellence for Agentic AI and Sovereign Cloud. Working alongside experienced engineers on multi-agent AI orchestration in regulated environments, you'll gain exposure to how enterprise AI is built and operated on a scale.
You'll work across the AI stack - spanning platform, orchestration, and application layer, rather than operating within a silo, gaining hands-on experience contributing to enterprise-scale outcomes.
Crucially, this is not just about applying AI - it's about learning how it is created. You will support the development of foundational intellectual property in agentic AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity, contributing to the technology and engineering standards that will power OpenText's future.
You're great at:
What you need to succeed:
One Last Thing:
OpenText is more than just a corporation; it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned. AI is a central pillar of OpenText's innovation strategy. It enables differentiated product experiences, intelligent automation, trusted enterprise decisioning, and new forms of client value across our global portfolio.
OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws. Our Employment Equity and Diversity Policy provides direction on maintaining a working environment that is inclusive of everyone, regardless of culture, national origin, race, color, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, family status, age, veteran status, disability, religion, or other basis protected by applicable laws.
