At The July, we are on the hunt for a hands-on Breakfast Chef for our newest addition!

We're expanding and we're bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.

The Job

As a Breakfast Chef you're a hospitable early bird that is always up for a joke. You are able to work hygienically, precisely and most of all within a fun team! You make sure that everyone in the restaurant enjoys the fresh smell of baked bread and when you have creative ideas for new dishes, you suggest them to the Chef. The shifts is expected to be between 6 o'clock in the morning until 2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes to company standards

• Ensure food is fresh, well-stocked, and served on time during breakfast service

• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management

• Support menu consistency and contribute ideas for seasonal breakfast offerings

• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly

• Follow HACCP procedures and comply with all health and safety regulations

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Breakfast Chef with a passion for quality and consistency

• Available to start in mid-September

• Based in Dublin or living within an easy commuting distance

• A positive, proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Reliable, organised, and guest-focused
