A snapshot of your peer group:
- 1 - 2 years previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Strong administration skills, highly organised, detail-oriented and able to support multiple projects.
- Ability to work on own initiative - proactive, driven, and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is critical to this role.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot or equivalent) is desirable.
- The ideal candidate will have relevant administration qualification/ experience
- Maintains a consistently calm and focused manner even when under pressure

- Coordinating logistics for events, including class setup on the Learning Management System, attendance tracking, room bookings, and gathering feedback.
- Assigning training requirements on the Learning Management System and monitoring progress on completion.
- Ensuring the shared calendar is well maintained, with all relevant information documented in a timely manner ahead of course commencement.
- Experience in running system reports & reviewing report data
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Proactively identifying potential challenges, implementing appropriate solutions, and escalating issues when required.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in our processes.
- Working with the Business School team on key initiatives and projects.
