We are currently recruiting for a Padel Club & Activities Supervisor to join our Resort on a full-time contract.

About the Role

In Summer 2020, Adare Manor introduced a brand-new activity centre, the Padel Club Further elevating our guest experience, the Padel Club will be a haven for wellness and sporting pursuits on the Adare Manor estate.

The Padel Club enhanced our current suite of guest activities by offering numerous new features, such as a large luxury swimming pool with an infinity edge leading to a hydro pool. Surrounding this will be a steam room, sauna, tropical rain shower and seating area. Two Padel tennis courts, a full gym, and state-of-the-art Pilates and yoga studio, caters for guest's fitness and wellness needs. Whilst, in our simulation room, guests will have the opportunity to take technical golf lessons, do some putting practice or play a variety of family games.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the day to day running of Leisure Operations and resort activities focusing on improving the guest journey, enhancing the VIP experience of all leisure and activity guests and achieving/exceeding Financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all guests Leisure activities and experiences at the resort - responding to those needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and establish relationships with guests and event hosts to maximise revenue potential and improve the upselling of all leisure activities.
• Conduct other guest requirements including but not limited to organising internal Padel club activities with and managing these relationships, completing show-arounds and working alongside the Guest experience team to create memorable experiences.
• Assist the manager in coordinating and managing the purchasing of clothing/accessories, amenities and F&B for the Padel Club.
• To be instrumental in all Leisure activities and to help lead the Padel Club team, to enhance the team members experience alongside the guest experience to ensure that all business targets are met/exceeded.
• To assist the manager in developing, implementing and coordinating new resort activities as well as supervising all current resort activities ensuring they are delivered to a high standard.

Who You Are

• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.
• Experience or strong interest in racket sports, particularly Padel Tennis, Tennis or a similar discipline.
• Relevant qualifications in personal training, fitness instruction, or Padel Tennis coaching are highly regarded but necessary.
