About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team on a full-time fixed term contract of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Padel Club and ensuring it is kept clean and tidy at all times, ensuring the pool area and changing areas are always appropriately stocked with towels and other materials as well as assisting with any guests requests.

Key Responsibilities

Reception

• Deliver a polished and professional reception experience, managing all guest correspondence including emails and telephone enquiries with efficiency and discretion.
• Coordinate and oversee activity bookings, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and a seamless guest journey from enquiry through to delivery.
• Act as a warm, knowledgeable first point of contact, reflecting the resort's luxury standards at all times.

Activity Hosting

• Host and facilitate leisure activities, with a particular focus on Padel, ensuring guests feel comfortable, engaged, and fully supported.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, offering guidance and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Foster an inviting and engaging atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment.

Retail

• Maintain retail areas to exceptional five-star standards, ensuring displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned with brand presentation guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Contribute to a premium retail environment that complements the overall leisure experience.

Experience & Attributes

• Previous experience within a sporting or leisure environment is desirable, with Padel knowledge considered a strong advantage.
• A passion for guest service, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
