We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR Manager and Director of Human Resources in delivering exceptional services. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining a people-centric focus in all aspects of your work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in HR administration or a similar role.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Strong organisation and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good team working skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.


Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and issue employment documentation eg contracts and variation of terms.

• Maintain and update employee records and assist with updating training records.

• Support with company compliance training requirements.

• Maintain absence records and handle related queries.

• Support with the administration of employee benefits.

• Respond to routine day-to-day HR enquiries efficiently and provide broad administrative support across the ops team.

• Support HR initiatives and coordinate events including our wellness programme (WOW) and transition year (TY) student programme.
