Applications are invited for a temporary part-time (0.2FTE) post of a Research Assistant within UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems.

UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems, is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated research assistant to contribute to a funded project titled 'Family Focused Practice for Parents with Mental Health Challenges (FFP-PMHC)'.

The UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems is a constituent School of the UCD College of Health and Agricultural Sciences. The school is a national provider of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in nursing and midwifery, as well as doctoral programmes in health systems and education of the health professions. Our programmes emphasise clinical expertise, critical inquiry, leadership development, communication, teamwork, inter-professional collaboration, and lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project activities:

1. Scoping Review and Research Synthesis

2. Data Collection, Management, Analysis and Reporting

3. Research Dissemination and Knowledge Exchange

4. Co-Creation and Programme Theory Development

5. Project Coordination and Administration

Proposed Interview Dates: 11th OR 12th August 2026

Fixed Salary: €34,129 Pro Rata @ 0.2FTE

Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 7 August 2026.
