You as an Operations Manager will:

  • Be responsible for establishing a good working environment to attain all set objectives.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the Health & Safety program.
  • Critically review work orders, invoices, packing slips, maintenance management system, etc. to determine accuracy, conformance to contractual commitments, etc
  • Inspect sites to ensure conformance of Sub-Contractors and site employees to established facility policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and mandates of local, and national agencies.
  • Ensure the health, safety and quality management programs are adhered to.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the contractual obligations at the Facility are met on time and on budget
  • Maintain safe, effective and functional facilities by directing installation, maintenance and repair of machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems for the facility.
  • Manage all sub-trades, workers and suppliers, ensuring that they perform according to their contract.

Is this the right role for you?

  • A leader with 5 years of maintenance experience in Facilities Management
  • An individual with broad and applied technical knowledge and cost control of building operations, maintenance, health & safety, and construction management abilities
  • Are familiar with use of BAS
  • A critical thinker with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, SLA/KPI interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to develop & maintain positive working relations with Team members (internal/external)
  • Understand and demonstrate excellent contract management and union negotiation/grievance resolution skills
  • Must be able to work in Dublin, Ireland
