Due to continued growth and project success, Shareridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This key position involves overseeing a utilities and public realm construction project in Tralee, County Kerry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance
  • Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements
  • Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities
  • Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery
  • Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, commercial, planning, and HSQE personnel
  • Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination

Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in utilities and/or public realm projects
  • Knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) is an advantage
  • Engineering qualification desirable but not essential
  • Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Strong project management and IT skills
  • Experience managing client relationships from project initiation through to completion
  • Effective at resolving challenges and negotiating solutions
