Are you an experienced Technical Services professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We're seeking a Technical Services & Energy Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services at a prestigious client site in Dublin.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance, energy management and project works. Working closely with the client and leading a team of technical professionals, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery while driving continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives and operational excellence.

Are you an experienced Technical Services professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We're seeking a Technical Services & Energy Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services at a prestigious client site in Dublin.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance, energy management and project works. Working closely with the client and leading a team of technical professionals, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery while driving continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the delivery of technical maintenance, lifecycle and project works.
- Manage a team of engineers and specialist contractors, providing coaching and performance leadership.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the technical expert on site.
- Ensure statutory compliance, PPM delivery, reactive maintenance and technical KPIs are achieved.
- Oversee CAFM systems, asset information and technical reporting.
- Manage contractor performance, permits to work and RAMS approvals.
- Deliver small to medium-sized technical projects from quotation through to completion.
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support business growth.
What we're looking for
- Recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
- Proven experience managing technical services within a Facilities Management environment.
- Experience delivering maintenance and project works in a manufacturing or complex operational environment.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Strong leadership, contractor management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
- IWFM qualification.
- Experience with HVAC systems, smart buildings, asset management or water quality management.
- Authorised Person certification and risk assessment qualifications.
