As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Head Padel Coach to join our team on a fixed term contract until the 31st of August 2027.
About the Role
As a Head Padel Coach, you'll play a key role in leading the coaching experience at The Padel Club. The role is designed as a broad, flexible position combining coaching, premium guest service, commercial awareness and hands-on operational support within a luxury resort leisure environment.
Reporting to the Head of Leisure and Estate Activities, you'll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to deliver a leading luxury Padel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional padel experience for resort guests and visitors, from first-time players to more experienced players.
- Support the growth of padel coaching, social play, clinics, events, packages and court utilisation.
- Represent The Padel Club with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail consistently within a luxury resort setting.
- Work as part of the wider Padel Club team, supporting facility presentation, guest service and day-to-day operational needs.
Who You Are
- Strong padel playing and coaching ability.
- Confidence supporting beginners, developing players and experienced guests.
- Understanding of guest service within a premium or luxury environment.
- Commercial interest in coaching, events, packages and retail.
- Strong business acumen to assist in ensuring our growing padel tennis offering continues to improve year on year.
- Warm, professional and highly guest focused.
- Flexible, hands-on and comfortable supporting non-coaching duties.
- Polished personal presentation and strong attention to detail.
- Positive team player with the ability to help shape the role over time.
This role is not limited to padel coaching. The Head Padel Coach will be expected to support all other areas of The Padel Club and the wider leisure facility. In the role support will include reception, retail, gym, pool area, changing room standards, general cleaning, and general guest service tasks across the leisure operation.
