* This is a full-time FTC position, based in our Ireland office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. We welcome all applications from those with the legal right to live and work permanently in Ireland, without requiring VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Overview:

Fifty5Blue has been awarded the contract to deliver the Television Audience Measurement service in the Republic of Ireland from January 2028. As part of this, we will build a new panel to measure television consumption across the Republic of Ireland, using our state-of-the-art metering technology and backend systems to deliver high-quality, accurate data to the industry every day.

The role of Operations Project Manager is critical to the implementation of the TAM Ireland project. It is centred around running and delivering a functional TAM Ireland panel to deadline; handling the project in line with Fifty5Blue's strategic objectives; and ensuring alignment between and among key partners. Ensuring that project execution is in line with the financial plan and budget is key as is the management of communications between partners across functionalities (Commercial, IT, Product & Engineering).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain a detailed project plan in collaboration with Operations, Commercial, IT and Product.
  • Develop consistent collaborative workstreams to support the strategic direction of the TAM Ireland Ops project.
  • Set and lead short- and long-term goals, ensuring targets are met for stakeholder satisfaction, safety, quality and team performance where appropriate.
  • Use evaluation methods to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meet with partners, communicate project issues and service decisions clearly, and chair regular TAM Ireland Ops Project meetings.
  • Produce accurate and timely project status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse project risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, and escalate them to senior stakeholders when needed.
  • Oversee project setup and the implementation of new validated processes.
  • Oversee budgets, act as the main contact for Operations information, support financial planning, and ensure delivery stays within budget.
  • Develop evaluation strategies to monitor performance and address improvement needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and productivity of processes and teams.
  • Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
  • Review managers' reports to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Work with CI agents and other stakeholders to embed continuous improvement into processes and the operating model.
  • Ensure Project operations and activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Keep senior management informed through detailed and accurate reports and presentations.
