Role Profile

Globally, youth inactivity and sport dropout rates are rising sharply, driven by disengagement and limited access to effective training options. Flare Player is an AI-powered app that transforms any standard goal into a smart training system. It delivers personalised challenges and real-time feedback to keep kids active, engaged, and improving. It supports recreational play at home, structured development for aspiring players and a scalable training platform for clubs and academies.

Salary Scale: IUA Research Assistant Salary Scale - €34,129 - €44,311

*Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current IUA pay policy.
