ABOUT GENERATOR DUBLIN

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Assist theHousekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness andsanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assignedareas
• Monitor thesupervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuringsufficient room stock is available to meet business demands
• To ensurethat the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
• Have a goodunderstanding of our guests needs and give your team members direction tofulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
• Complete anyrequired administrative functions as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
• Display apassionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order to inspire andmotivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesive andsupportive working environment to work within
• Demonstrateknowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH

WHAT'SIN YOUR DNA

• Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism andpositivity in all interactions
• Have exceptional administration and organisation skills with great attentionto detail
• Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Be an excellent team player
• Possess the ability to keep staff motivated during long and demandingshift
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• You must be eligible to work in the EUto be considered for this role

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organisations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
