NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuringcleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry,and other assigned areas
- Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance,ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands
- To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards areadhered to
- Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your teammembers direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
- Complete any required administrative functions as instructed by theHousekeeping Manager
- Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order toinspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesiveand supportive working environment to work within
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive ofCOSHH

WHAT'S INYOUR DNA
- Highly motivated and pro-active;acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Have exceptional administrationand organisation skills with great attention to detail
- Must be highly customer focusedwith excellent communication skills
- Be an excellent team player
- Possess the ability to keep staffmotivated during long and demanding shift
- Flexibility to work variousshifts, including evenings and weekends
- You must be eligible to work fulltime in the EU to be considered for this role
YOUR ROCKSTAR EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience asHousekeeping Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaningand maintenance tasks for large organisations
- Ability to use industrialcleaning equipment and products
