Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Sector) - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our fastgrowing European business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global consultancy with ambitious regional growth plans. While the role is offered as an initial 12month fixed term contract, our expansion across Europe may create longerterm opportunities for the successful candidate.

Based in Dublin, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Real Estate team in Ireland and wider Europe region. This is a handson, endtoend recruitment role where you will identify, engage, and hire exceptional project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists who help deliver worldclass infrastructure and construction projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate Recruitment Team Lead and the wider European TA team, contributing to a highperforming, fastpaced environment.

This role would suit an experienced recruitment professional with corporate experience, ideally within a professional services environment, or agency recruiter from a construction backgroundwho is looking for more variety and responsibility in a corporate recruitment role within a thriving international consultancy.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for the area of responsibility

• Responsible for identifying and sourcing active candidates

• Understand and navigate the local market, promoting market activity and best practices

• Responsible for ATS (SmartRecruiters) data accuracy and process compliance, from raising requisitions and job posting through to hiring

• Engage with key programme, country, and regional stakeholders to understand the short-, mid-, and long-term recruitment needs, promoting a positive, proactive response to meeting demand

• Work closely with the wider recruitment team, including coaching / mentoring / line managing colleagues as agreed

• Ensure compliancy regarding CI and EDI of the European recruitment process

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists

• Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fluency in English is essential for this role, other European languages are beneficial

• Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates

• Motivated, flexible and results driven

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
