Job Description TTM Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Support Workers for temporary positions within a residential service in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with disabilities in a person-centred environment, helping them to maintain independence, engage in their community, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives. This temporary role offers the potential for a permanent position for suitable candidates. You will support service users with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, community engagement, attending appointments, medication management, and social and recreational activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
