The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic newly qualified or soon-to-be qualified Company Secretary to join our Corporate Compliance team based in Dundalk.
This is a full-time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis, with four days per week in the office and the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Compliance Manager and Director, supporting the delivery of company secretarial and corporate governance services to a broad portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, organised and motivated professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file statutory documentation with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
- Prepare and file documentation with the Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO).
- Prepare and submit Annual Returns and other statutory filings.
- Draft Board Minutes, Written Resolutions and General Meeting Minutes.
- Maintain and update the firm's company secretarial software.
- Assist with corporate compliance and governance matters.
- Support the Corporate Compliance Manager and Director with a range of compliance transactions.
- Manage and deliver a variety of company secretarial and corporate administration assignments.
- Ensure statutory deadlines are met and company records remain accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with clients, legal advisers and regulatory bodies as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified or soon to be qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a company secretarial, corporate compliance or governance role.
- A relevant third-level qualification in Law, Corporate Governance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting Boards and Committees within a corporate, professional services or regulated environment is desirable.
- A good working knowledge of Irish company law and corporate governance requirements.
- A good working knowledge of Diligent / Blueprint software package.
