Senior Product Manager - Agile Delivery & Transformation

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Linesight, you will lead the successful delivery of business-critical products, programs, and transformation initiatives through Agile methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in driving the transition from traditional project delivery approaches to a modern, iterative, product-focused operating model. Working with diverse stakeholders across business and technology functions, you will be responsible for establishing and governing Agile delivery practices, prioritising work based on business value, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring product outcomes support strategic objectives and measurable business results. This role requires an experienced product leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the adoption and execution of Agile delivery practices, governance standards, and product-led ways of working.
  • Own the intake and demand management process, ensuring initiatives are qualified, evaluated, and aligned to business value.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using the RICE framework and other value-based decision-making methodologies.
  • Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and definition of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build strong relationships with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage delivery planning, team capacity, and sprint execution to ensure predictable and successful outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder sign-off, and release readiness activities.
  • Govern scope, change requests, and delivery commitments to maintain quality, timelines, and business value.
  • Provide regular reporting on roadmap progress, delivery performance, risks, and key business outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics to measure product success and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospective insights, performance analysis, and Agile best practices.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and customer-centric decision making.

  • Continuous improvement of Agile processes and delivery maturity.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Agile Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • Have successfully delivered products and led Agile transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
  • Have experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Have experience applying value-based prioritisation techniques such as RICE.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in requirements gathering, product discovery, delivery governance, and risk management.
  • Have experience leading Agile ceremonies, UAT processes, and product releases.
  • Are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Are proficient in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent) are desirable.
