We are currently recruiting for the Leinster region and offer excellent earning potential through a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure.
As a Technical Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and delivering exceptional service across your assigned territory.

- Identifying, developing, and converting opportunities for both product sales and long-term service contracts.
- Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and contract renewal targets.
- Building long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Collaborating with technical specialists and support teams to deliver tailored solution.

- Working closely with customers to improve system performance, efficiency, and operational reliability through innovative water treatment solutions.
- Manage customer orders, service activities, and CRM records ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
We're looking for candidates who combine strong relationship-building skills with a passion for technical sales and customer service.
Essential and desirable qualifications include:

- A strong background in chemistry / chemical engineering or similar
- A sales and technical background, to be able to demonstrate at interview stage.
- Experience in water treatment and/or in waste water treatment is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or technical role.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills - A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
- Persistence, resilience and willingness to learn
- A passion for a long term career in water treatment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, tablets, and mobile technology.
- A full driving license
Desirable:
- Experience within the water treatment, specialty chemicals, or industrial services sector.
- Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Experience operating within a B2B sales environment, particularly industrial markets.
