About theRole
We'reopening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New StoreOpening, you'll play a key role in launching a brand-new restaurant and settingit up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager,you'll help build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, andcreate a high-energy, high-performing culture.
You'll takeownership of day-to-day operations, supporting your team to deliver great food,fast service, and consistently high standards. From training and coaching newstarters to leading shifts and embedding processes, you'll be central togetting the restaurant off to a strong start.
This is ahands-on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who thrives in afast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact from the verybeginning.
