Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Supervise and support the admin team and provide the guidance and directions as needed
  • Creating a high volume of service entries & processing goods receipt notes
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met across the team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations and queries within the team.
  • Key point of contact when Line Manager is unavailable.
  • Liaise with site teams and suppliers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure all tracker activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Database/Register Maintenance
  • General office management duties associated with this role.
  • Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents for vendor accounts
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Building and maintaining good vendor relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.


Essential Criteria for the Role:
  • 3 Years experience in administration, logistics, or plant/tool management.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage administrative teams effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Competency in general office administration and document management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using SAP


Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working in a multi-site or European project environment.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a similar industry.
