Job Description
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple strategic initiatives.
- Track cross-functional dependencies, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues before they impact delivery.
- Support executive stakeholders by preparing concise updates, dashboards, presentations, and decision materials.
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across workstreams, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Establish governance processes, meeting cadences, action logs, and project reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Drive execution by ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
Qualifications
- Must have significant experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or business transformation.
- Experience supporting executive leadership within large, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into executive-ready updates and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
