KPMG Dublin are seeking to hire an experienced professional to join our busy Facilities team. The successful candidate will primarily support our Facilities Department and Helpdesk and carry out data processing duties together with administration.

You will be joining a department/team of 17 which consists of 3 reception staff, 2 maintenance staff and 12 on the facilities team who manage hard and soft services, health & safety, business continuity, environment & sustainability, space management, property management, budget management and the Facilities Helpdesk.

- Experience in a similar facilities role.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced office environment.
- Advanced PC skills including MS Office packages, Word, PowerPoint and, in particular, Excel.
- Some experience in data analytics is a must.
- A commitment to attention to detail and data sense checking.
- Some experience of Helpdesk and PPM.
- Provision of excellent customer support with ability to prioritise multiple requests effectively.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face is essential.
- Ability to accurately complete tasks, assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Planning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise them.
- Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
- A basic understanding of good health & safety practices.
- Some knowledge and experience of processing RAMS.
- An ability to make sound judgements in emergency situations.

- Occupancy reporting and data processing - daily, weekly and monthly.
- Taking incoming calls to the Helpdesk and delegating tasks to the wider team.
- Dealing swiftly and efficiently with facilities related queries via phone, email & helpdesk.
- Ad hoc administrative support to Facilities team.
