What will I be doing as a Subway Supervisor at Applegreen?
- Assist the Subway Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
- Support the Subway Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
- Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ensure that the store is operating in line with Subway standards, policies, and procedures.
