The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for an Administrator to join our Corporate Services team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to provide professional, quality and timely administrative and facilities management services, in support of the values and goals of Oxfam Ireland.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines with the ability to multitask and prioritise projects and tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible, tactful, diplomatic, enthusiastic, and sensitive to confidential matters.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills with a positive, helpful, and friendly outlook is essential.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to utilise resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Positive team player and experience of successful collaborative working with ability to work on own initiative.

Desirable:
  • Experienced in producing meeting minutes.
  • Experienced in organising travel and events.
  • Skilled excel user.
