Job Overview
EOS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Supply Chain Operations & Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data, managing planning and inventory activities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders and vendors.
Planning & Inventory Management
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with demand forecasts and business requirements.
- Initiate purchase requisitions (PRs) and expedite overdue purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers on past due commitments and promise dates.
- Manage assigned vendors and ensure reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and suppliers to maintain efficient and cost-effective inventory levels.
Order Management
- Manage the end-to-end process for active Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drop shipment fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve material shortages and supply constraints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address fulfillment and customer delivery exceptions.
- Support on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes and workflows.
- Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the standardization and optimization of analytical and operational processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, PLM, Vendors, and Technology teams to ensure effective supply chain execution.
- Participate in planning and operational review meetings to resolve challenges and drive alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation and effective communication across stakeholders.
Supply Chain Visibility
- Enhance visibility across supply chain activities through tracking and monitoring tools.
- Partner with technology teams to improve real-time access to operational and planning data.
- Support the implementation and adoption of systems that improve supply chain performance.
Performance Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Define, monitor, and report on key supply chain performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address supply chain disruptions and inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective and preventative actions to reduce future risks.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain operations and planning.
- Lead complex analytical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Continuously improve reporting standards, analytical processes, and operational practices to drive consistency and business performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Supply Chain & Systems Knowledge
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Experience with ERP and planning solutions such as SAP, o9, Material Demand Management tools, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing workflows and stakeholder requests through ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with supply chain dashboards and reporting tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including:
- XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Data analysis and visualization
- Chart creation and reporting
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present meaningful business insights.
- Experience creating presentations using Google Slides and documentation using Google Docs.
- Ability to understand and reverse-engineer existing reports and reporting logic.
Project Management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong timeline, milestone, and risk management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct line-management responsibility.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- APICS, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent industry certification.
- Experience with supply chain optimization tools and advanced planning systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
