Cork, Ireland | Support Specialist and UX Tester

Job Purpose

RWS is currently looking for new talents to join our team as Support Specialist and UX Testers.

Job Overview

As a Support Specialist and UX Tester, you will be responsible for providing specialized support, testing and validating business data while engaging in support-related activities and building relations with external parties.

On a given day, your work might include:

• Reviewing business registrations and performing manual verification checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluating brand use cases and communication strategies against guidelines.
• Conducting UX testing of onboarding flows and mystery shopper reviews of live brand experiences, identifying misalignments, recommending improvements, and independently managing the review and testing cadence following onboarding and training.
• Responding to brand inquiries and triaging issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Contributing to onboarding documentation and process improvements.
• Participating in meetings, capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Performing administrative and reporting tasks related to support activities.

Candidates must:

• Have 2-3 years' experience in account support
• Have native speaker fluency in the target language and excellent English language and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be eligible to work in Ireland
• Be willing to work on a full-time basis under a hybrid modality in Cork, Ireland

An ideal Support Specialist and UX Tester would be:

• Strong web research and able to grasp technical information across multiple tools
• Detail-oriented with experience in working with business data
• Passionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOS
• Able to work with large data-sets, identify patterns and trends and draw conclusions to recommend actions
• Able to focus on project goals, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Experienced in providing specialized support to customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in small and large cross-functional teams

It would be great if you have:

• University Degree in Business Analysis/Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of sales/marketing experience
• 1 year of UX testing experience
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and proven track of validating business information

• Fixed-term Contract with possibility of extension (with 3-months' probation period)
