Full-time Café Assistants / Baristas @ Smokey's Café, University of Galway

Full-time staff required for Smokey’s Café located on campus at the University of Galway.

Smokey’s is a very popular café with both students and staff on campus and is located right in the heart of the university campus.  The vacancies are for the academic year 2026 / 2027 and will commence at the beginning of September 2026.

Duties include:

• Serving and attending to the needs of customers.

• Maintaining a high standard of service at all times.

• Ensuring that all company procedures, including HACCP, are adhered to at all times.

• Operating tills and reconciling cash at the end of shift.

• Barista Coffee and food preparation.

• Working week between 30 and 40 hours per week.

Full training will be provided in all areas listed above.
