Support Lilly Medical Information's vision of creating trusted, customer-centric content that delivers real-time answers to questions about Lilly medicines to optimize patient outcomes.
Combining scientific knowledge, subject matter, and communication expertise, the Associate/Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager - Content, MI works cross-functionally to anticipate and efficiently meet the accelerated and timely demand for content - enabling Lilly MI to achieve reach and scale via digital self-service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relevant product and therapeutic area knowledge e.g. pipeline, market and disease
- Plan and deliver on the portfolio content strategy, optimizing needs across the product lifecycle, linked to the customer and multi-channel needs
- Monitor and analyse insights (e.g. requests, search questions and metrics), with a mindset of continuous improvement, to proactively deliver up to date content that satisfies customer needs
- Enable customer questions to be answered with efficiency and timeliness
- Author timely, customer centric content
- Use automation and technology to enable accelerated but high-quality, validated outputs
- Contribute to functional and project needs e.g. writing/style guides, processes, and document management systems, to optimize content delivery
- Share product/therapy area expertise within MI to enable efficient and accurate response to questions
- Collaborate cross-functionally as an integral strategic partner to support business goals e.g. launch
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or higher) in healthcare profession, life sciences or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a scientific communication / writing role or experience working in a clinical setting.
- Highly proficient in written and verbal English.

- Demonstrated ability to use artificial intelligence tools and perform basic data analytics
Demonstrated scientific content capability:
- High-level computer skills (MS word: processing, tables and graphics, MS Excel and PowerPoint) including document and customer management systems and databases
- Ability to create high-quality, trusted, unbiased and balanced scientific content
- assimilated from varied data sources
- translating complex data into understandable, dynamic and modular content e.g. through visualization
- designed for multi-channel/technology solutions (e.g. digital [SEO, GEO/AI], bots) and audience requirements (HCPs, patients, payers)
- Conduct and review medical/scientific resources and literature searches, applying evidence-based medicine principles to assimilate information
