This is an excellent opportunity to join Ireland's leading brand building FMCG organisation. Reporting to the Commercial Manager - Retail, this role is an essential component to the broader Sale Team structure - supporting the National Account Management team by ensuring the highest level of customer focus, cross functional engagement, and information accuracy. You have a customer focused mindset, pride yourself on getting it right "first time, every time" and ensuring the smooth management of all customer accounts across a variety of business channels. You are the key contact for day-to-day enquiries from both internal and external sources and proactively work with our Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Category and Field Sales Teams.

You are the key contact for day-to-day enquiries from both internal and external sources and proactively work with our Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Category and Field Sales Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with brand managers on product launches and gather and maintain all necessary data.
- Prepare and submit Promotional Submissions to accounts in adherence with submission deadlines.
- Compile New Line Forms for accounts whether that be in Excel, Word or online platforms.
- Communicate all account promotional activity, account listings and pricing to our Field Sales Team.
- Proactively prepare monthly sales reports and circulate them to the relevant internal and external contacts.
- Complete effectively all ad hoc tasks that are deemed necessary by the National Accounts Team and our accounts.
- Book meetings, take minutes and manage NAM diaries as required.
- Brandbank key contact - organise new sku set up and approve as necessary.
- Maintain and track promotional activity and account Joint Business Plans.
- Become proficient in our internal systems; Power BI, Navision and Exceedra.
- Establish and develop relationships with the relevant people in our accounts whether that be the buyers or their support teams.
- Work effectively with other business functions as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years' experience in sales support, wholesale operations, or retail back-office functions.
- Previous experience in a field sales role desirable but not essential.
- Approachable and collaborative with a solution-oriented growth mindset.
- High attention to detail, and the ability to act with pace and urgency.
- Strong communication & organisational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A resilient self-starter with an ability to work on own Initiative.
- FMCG experience in Irish Retail or Wholesale sectors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with B2B sales environments and supporting account managers or field sales teams.
- Computer literate with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and the competence to quickly acquire a working knowledge of other Richmond IT systems and processes.
