You'll find Generator Dublin in the hip Smithfieldneighbourhood, adjacent to the Jameson Distillery, just a short walk fromTemple Bar. The hostel's open social spaces and café and bar, with itsreclaimed wood, exposed brickwork and original stonework, give the place anunruffled industrial feel.

From the Irish music belting out of Temple Bar pubs tothe elegant splendour of Georgian terraces and squares, the city has manyfascinating faces, every one of them ready to greet you with a welcoming smileand a pint of Guinness.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Take ownership of the guest journey to ensurethat you continuously raise the bar and create a truly unique Generatorexperience
• Know your guests and have a passion forindependent travel and the road less travelled
• Demonstrate a passion for deliveringoutstanding customer service
• Be part of agreat team within your department that get Generator and want to be themselves
• Monitor oursocial spaces, lighting, sound and temperature, to make sure they embody theGenerator brand and culture at all times
• Know yourcity, its cafés, bars and restaurants, its art, its music
• Ensure youcomply with all company policies you have been trained on, which include Fire Trainingand Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
• BeResponsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
• Correctlyadminister the Close of Shift procedures every shift with 100% accuracy andconsistency

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

• Experienced within a front office hospitalityenvironment
• Experienced working with a PropertyManagement System
• Flexible with regards to shifts available perweek (mixture of morning and evening shifts)
