We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Front of House Leader to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the day-to-day success of the shop.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coaching others, and creating a positive environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment

Experience leading or supervising a team

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication and people skills

A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example

Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment

A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership career

What You'll Be Doing

Leading shifts and supporting the management team in daily operations

Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Coaching and supporting team members to build confidence and capability

Ensuring high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained

Supporting new team member training and development

Helping to drive productivity, shop performance and customer satisfaction

Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive team culture

Acting as a role model for Pret's values and behaviours
