This position will be a vital part of the HC21 Mobility supply chain process. The duties include the efficient and accurate assembly, fitting packing and delivery of our mobility product portfolio.
Territory: South East
Candidate Location: South East
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Fitting, assembly or installing along with packing and delivery of mobility product orders, in support of the Product Specialist.
Delivery of orders to Leinster based customers as required.
Instruct clients on use of equipment.
Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met.
Site drop and collection of demonstration stock as required.
Take responsibility for the security of the Mobility products.
Support Product Specialist in cycle count / stock takes.
Liaise with Dublin, Cork, Ballymena Milltown warehouses regarding transfer of stock.
Liaise with Customer Service and other Company departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety
What are the role requirements?
Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met.
Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment.
Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.
Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times.
Proficient and confidence on fitting of equipment, along with a some technical knowledge
Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Ability to route plan to ensure best efficiency of time / routes achieved at all times
Flexible approach to all areas of the role assigned by management

Top performers would have:
Background knowledge and experience of mobility products a distinct advantage
Background knowledge and experience of product assembly a distinct advantage
Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.
Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
Good communication skills.
A full clean driver’s licence.
The successful candidates will require Garda Vetting.
