The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex or highly regulated environments, translating complex workflows into intuitive solutions, and contributing to long-term product strategy, roadmap planning, or product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery and ideation through detailed design and implementation.
- Translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, effective, and scalable digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions to align teams and build consensus.
- Contribute to design systems, UX standards, accessibility, and best practices.
- Evaluate site-specific operational needs and design solutions that support standardized enterprise experiences.
Qualifications:
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and delivery of digital products and experiences.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, complex workflows, and user experiences across web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative user research insights to drive design decisions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and work effectively across cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, design systems, and UX best practices.
- Experience incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, automation, or data-driven insights into digital product and experience design.
