The Role

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to build and scale our HR function from scratch to support our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US. This role will own all aspect of HR ranging from people operations, talent acquisition, employee experience programs, and HR policies, and ensuring we attract, retain, and support exceptional talent while maintaining a strong and inclusive culture. We are currently at 50 employees but are growing rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple functions and geographies.
• People Operations
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Own core people operations, including HR systems, employee records, benefits administration, and documentation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and people programs in compliance with local employment regulations.
• Performance & Talent Management
• Support performance management, employee development, and talent planning initiatives.
• Identify high and low performers and partner with leaders to develop appropriate action plans.
• HR Strategy & Analytics
• Monitor and improve key people metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Employee Relations & Business Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, policies, and HR best practices.

• 4+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations across one or more of our operating regions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
