Your skills
- ONC or equivalent IT qualification and 3 years' experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment
- Experience in Windows, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
- Driving licence
- A very strong relationship with Dispatch
- Willingness to travel is essential
- The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process + troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
Your tasks
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostic, installation, maintenance and repair of designated equipment (laptop and desktop devices, including AiO)
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications as well as occasional IMAC work
- Maintaining and monitoring daily communication tools, Phone, Voicemail and Email
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments
- Maintaining tools, test equipment and Company supplied Vehicle
