As a Hygiene Operative, you'll ensure all standards are maintained within the agreed spec's. Main duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately to your supervisor.
- To ensure that all machinery is Isolated / locked off prior to cleaning, as trained.
- Correct use "as trained" of hazardous chemicals - acids / alkalis
- To attend training as required by your Line Manager / supervisor.
- You'll ensure all accidents and 'near misses' to your Line Manager / supervisor.
Skills & Experience required
- Are you comfortable working alone and as part of a team?
- Do you have experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment and able to make decisions when needed?
- Do you have any cleaning experience? If so, don't worry full training will be provided!
- Do you have a good understanding of English, both written and spoken?
