The Role & the Team

To support our customers across North of Europe, we are looking for our next Technical Services Engineer (M/F) based in Cork, Ireland.

Joining our Technical Services team, you will be the key technical partner for customers, helping them optimize the performance of Roquette's capsule solutions within their manufacturing environments.

Working at the intersection of customer support, operational excellence and continuous improvement, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality and EHS teams to deliver high-value technical expertise and drive customer satisfaction.

In This Context, Your Mission

Provide expert technical support to customers across Northern Europe (Ireland, UK, Scandinavia, Benelux), helping them maximize production performance, resolve technical challenges and unlock the full value of Roquette's solutions.

Your Experience and Talents Will Make the Difference to:

Deliver Technical Support & Customer Expertise
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular interactions and on-site visits.
  • Provide technical guidance to optimize capsule performance within customer production environments.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support customers in resolving technical challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Conduct testing, validation trials and equipment assessments at customer sites, machine suppliers and internal pilot facilities.


Drive Customer Satisfaction & Operational Performance
  • Help customers improve production efficiency and reduce product-related issues.
  • Deliver technical recommendations and expertise to support continuous operational improvement.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.


Ensure Quality & Compliance
  • Produce accurate technical reports, visit reports and incident documentation within CRM systems.
  • Ensure full traceability and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Support investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve recurring issues.


Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality and other internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing performance and product quality.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to drive operational excellence.


Promote Safety & Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
  • Actively contribute to creating a safe, efficient and quality-focused working environment.


What We Will Love About You

With a strong mechanical and manufacturing background, you are comfortable working directly with customers, understanding their operational constraints and translating technical issues into practical solutions.

Education
  • Degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production or mechanical environment.
  • Experience supporting industrial equipment, production processes or technical customer service activities.

Technical Skills
  • Strong mechanical and technical expertise.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machine automation (expl: capsules filling machines).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes efficiently.
  • Experience using measurement and precision instruments.
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements is an advantage.

Languages
  • Fluent English is required.

Travel
