Job Description TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer based in Fethard, Co. Tipperary. Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary Position: Grade III Clerical Officer Hours: 21 or 28 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday) Contract: Immediate vacancy | Month-to-month rolling contract Pay: 16.41 to 26.39 per hour depending on previous experience Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support within a busy office environment. Support HR administration, including the onboarding of new staff. Assist with payroll administration using Quantum and TMS systems. Carry out a range of general clerical and administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry and record management. Prepare, format and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries. Provide reception and front-of-house support, responding to telephone and in-person enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Process and maintain petty cash records in accordance with organisational procedures. Scan, upload and organise electronic documents while maintaining structured filing systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately. Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies. Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required. Essential Criteria Previous experience in a clerical, administrative or office support role. Experience supporting HR administration, including staff onboarding. Previous payroll administration experience, ideally using Quantum and/or TMS. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience providing reception and front-of-house support. Experience processing petty cash or carrying out basic financial administration. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
