About the Role
Bárd is building a scalable, data-driven sales and marketing engine — and we're looking for someone to own it. You will design and run our Pipedrive CRM as the single source of truth, automate lead capture and qualification across every channel, and coordinate SEO and Google Ads to deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities. This is a hands-on ownership role, not CRM administration.
What You'll Do
Design, build and optimise our Pipedrive CRM: pipeline stages, custom fields, dashboards, reporting and SOPs.
Build automations for lead capture, deduplication, assignment, scoring, acknowledgement emails, follow-up tasks and escalation of ageing leads.
Ensure every inbound lead — website forms, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, referrals, events, email — flows automatically into Pipedrive with full source attribution.
Develop a lead scoring and qualification model (New Lead → MQL → SQL → Discovery Call → Proposal → Won/Lost) so sales only spend time on qualified opportunities.
Integrate the website with the CRM: forms, landing pages, meeting booking, Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Build and manage Google Ads from scratch — keyword research, search and remarketing campaigns, conversion tracking and monthly optimisation — focused on qualified B2B leads, not traffic.
Work with our external SEO agency to drive rankings, landing page performance and inbound enquiries across Ireland, UK, USA and Europe.
Coordinate wider digital marketing: LinkedIn campaigns, email nurture, content, webinars and retargeting.
Deliver weekly reporting on leads, conversion rates, meetings booked, CPL/CPA, pipeline value and marketing ROI.
What Success Looks Like
Fully operational, automated Pipedrive CRM with 100% of inbound enquiries captured automatically.
40–60 MQLs and 15–25 SQLs per month, with 8–12 discovery meetings booked.
Google Ads and SEO generating measurable, qualified pipeline with full ROI visibility.
What You'll Bring
Expert Pipedrive (or comparable CRM) implementation and administration.
Workflow automation experience (Zapier, Make or similar) and strong data discipline.
Hands-on Google Ads, Google Analytics and Tag Manager experience.
B2B lead generation and RevOps / sales operations background, with strong reporting and dashboard skills.
Excellent project management and communication; comfortable working with external agencies.
Nice to have: experience in technical documentation, engineering or SaaS; HubSpot/Salesforce; LinkedIn Sales Navigator; use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve CRM productivity.
This is an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of a further 3 month extension.
This role is based in Ireland- hybrid/remote working considered.
