Sales & ERP Administrator
Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Naas, is looking to recruit a Sales ERP Administrator to support their Sales team and ERP operations.
This role is ideal for an organised administrator with strong customer service skills and previous experience working with ERP systems or sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, invoices, delivery notes and credit notes.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding pricing, products and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system.
Check stock availability and support order processing.
Assist with ERP administration and data management.
Produce sales reports and customer price lists.
Support stock takes and general office administration.
Work closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure efficient customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or ERP Administration.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience using ERP systems (Sage experience would be an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
