Quality Coordinator
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Naas, is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to join their Compliance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems who is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer the Quality Management System (QMS).
Manage document control, ensuring procedures and records remain compliant and up to date.
Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
Maintain employee training and competency records.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Monitor CAPAs, quality actions and change controls.
Assist with supplier quality activities.
Carry out routine quality inspections.
Promote quality, health safety and environmental standards across the business.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Administration or Compliance role.
Experience working within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable
Experience working within an ISO-certified environment.
Experience using Q-Pulse or similar document management software.
Internal Auditor training or a Quality qualification.
