• Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, flow charts and standards across Renewables projects.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews and periodic field verification activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor compliance to identify areas for improvement and highlight defect or operational trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions and preventative actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports, performance metrics, and quality documentation.
• Assist with the development of systemised checks and dashboards, including ArcGIS-based quality controls.
• Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Train staff on quality assurance processes, quality standards, quality planning and best practice.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, company policies and internal procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including corrective and preventative actions.
• Manage quality documentation and accurate record-keeping across projects.
• Assist in developing quality improvement initiatives and keep up to date with regulatory changes.
• Analyse quality trends, audit findings and non-conformances to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Audit subcontractor and supplier QA procedures prior to contract award.
About the role
TLI Group are accepting applications for a Quality Coordinator within our Renewables business. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding quality standards across operational delivery, ensuring work is completed in line with company, customer and industry requirements. Working closely with project teams, the Operations Head and the company Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator will develop and monitor quality regimes, maintain accurate documentation, identify areas for improvement, and support corrective actions where required. The role will have a strong focus on quality assurance, continuous improvement, quality systems and compliance management, while also supporting audit activities and field verification where required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, such as Six Sigma or ISO, is desirable.Knowledge
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards, regulatory requirements and customer policies.
• Understanding of quality assurance methodologies, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), QA audits, QC audits, safety files, O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Experience
• Proven experience in a quality management, quality assurance or related role.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and compliance checks.
• Experience preparing reports, performance metrics and quality documentation.
