FTC Part-Time Sales Associate

Overview

PART- TIME SALES ASSOCIATE (16 hours) for a FIXED TERM CONTRACT to cover a 9 weeks leave of absence.

Responsibilities

*Opening the store

- open tills

- post daily status for virtual shoppers

- ensure VM standards follow VM guidelines.

- check emails

- help customers with enquiries

* Closing the store

- close tills correctly

- process cash sales correctly

- report on days trade in the EOD email as per expectations

- ensure store is clean at EOD

* SERVICE

- Use Product Knowledge Books to learn about the products

- Be confident using Features & Benefits to help sell

- Aim to achieve Store &/or Personal Sales Targets

- Process sales correctly

*PRODUCT

- Treat product respectfully

- Place product in correct areas of the Stockroom.

- Ensure all product on shop floor has the correct label & price visible.

Qualifications

Any experience in any type of Customer Service role would be an advantage.
