Role/ Department:
Depositary Operations provides regulatory oversight on key processes delegated to Country Depositaries for clients who have contracted Depositary Services with Northern Trust.
The teams role is to conduct analysis on processes and provide reporting feedback to Country Depositaries on the results.

- Review, rate and analyse documentation received into the department related to oversight functions
- Perform reconciliations of existing positions to new documentation values
- Review exceptions generated by system analysis tools
- Review work of more junior team members to ensure it meets accuracy and attention to detail requirements
Skills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Good IT skills particularly Excel and Sharepoint
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good regulatory and industry knowledge
