Job Description & Summary
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our People Solutions team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

The HR Administrator will sit within our People Solutions operations team, within People & Culture. They will provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of People Solutions activities, playing a key role in the effective and efficient delivery of operational processes and services throughout the employee lifecycle.

This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarily administrative, the role involves following established processes to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of People Solutions services and activities.

People Solutions - Associate (HR Operations)

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our People Solutions team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

The HR Administrator will sit within our People Solutions operations team, within People & Culture. They will provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of People Solutions activities, playing a key role in the effective and efficient delivery of operational processes and services throughout the employee lifecycle.

This dynamic role involves varying projects and tasks throughout the year. Primarily administrative, the role involves following established processes to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of People Solutions services and activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide first-level support for HR-related queries received through shared mailboxes, service management tools, phone and in-person channels, following established procedures.


  • Maintain and update employee records and data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with established standards.


  • Support employee lifecycle administration activities, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding processes.


  • Assist with payroll administration activities and support monthly payroll processes, ensuring information is submitted accurately and on time.


  • Update and maintain People Solutions trackers, logs and records, ensuring consistency with established guidelines and processes.


  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports and correspondence using approved templates and procedures.


  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team and key stakeholders to resolve queries and support operational activities.


  • Ensure records and documentation are maintained in line with data protection, audit and compliance requirements.


  • Utilise available technologies to ensure optimal solutions are used when completing tasks, including supporting the maintenance of digital forms, tools and documentation required for People Solutions activities.


  • Work with senior members of the team to ensure outputs are reviewed and approved, maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.


  • Support ad hoc tasks, projects and initiatives across the People & Culture team as required.


Skills and Experience

  • A relevant third-level qualification desirable.


  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, with HR administration experience being an advantage.


  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.


  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday is desirable.


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.


  • Excellent team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.


  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.


  • Reliable and able to take initiative within a supportive role.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.


  • Proactive learner with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
