Senior Marketing Manager - B2B
About ACETECH
ACETECH is an indigenous Irish technology company headquartered in Tullamore. For over 20 years, our fleet intelligence solutions have helped Emergency Services run safer, more efficient operations.
We help our customers reach more people who need urgent care by maximising fleet and asset availability, so their vehicles and equipment are ready when lives depend on them.
With more than 65,000 solutions shipped globally and OEM partnerships with leading ambulance manufacturers, ACETECH is now building the structured commercial engine to turn that installed base and domain expertise into accelerating recurring revenue and a compelling story for the next phase of the business.
The Opportunity
ACETECH has recently appointed a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to design and execute an updated GoToMarket strategy. Marketing is central to that plan. This position will be responsible for reestablishing and modernising the marketing function to meet current and future growth ambitions.
In this role you will:
- Rebuild and lead ACETECH's marketing function, evolving it from a minimal current footprint to a highimpact, scalable capability.
- Own global B2B GoToMarket execution across our key markets, ensuring alignment with the new commercial strategy.
- Work in close partnership with the CCO on brand positioning, pipeline generation, and commercial planning.
If you are a marketer who has moved beyond executiononly roles, wants genuine strategic ownership, and enjoys reshaping and elevating an existing function, this role will strongly appeal.
The Role
Working in close partnership with the CCO, you will design, build and run ACETECH's marketing strategy across key markets. This is a standalone, high-ownership role with direct influence on pipeline, brand and commercial outcomes. You will have the scope, access and mandate to make a visible impact from day one, from redefining our positioning to designing our next integrated global campaign.
Key Responsibilities
GTM marketing strategy
- Own and execute ACETECH's marketing strategy, aligned to the CCO's GTM plan across North America, Europe and the Middle East, with support for partner-managed markets including Australia.
- Develop segment-specific messaging and value propositions for EMS operators, ambulance builders, OEMs and procurement bodies.
- Build and manage the full marketing mix: digital, content, events, email, account-based marketing, PR and partner marketing.
- Create a demand generation engine that directly supports pipeline creation and sales enablement.
Brand and content
- Own ACETECH's brand voice, positioning and messaging architecture.
- Produce high-quality content across formats, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, video, social media and website copy for EMS and public safety audiences.
- Build and maintain a central marketing repository, including playbooks, campaign toolkits and brand assets, so Regional Directors and partners can execute locally with consistency.
- Lead website strategy and own ACETECH's digital presence, including SEO, SEM and paid media.
- Build a sales enablement library including pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal templates and competitive battlecards.
Campaign execution
- Plan and run integrated campaigns from brief to measurement, working with agencies or freelancers where needed.
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget and against clear KPIs.
- Manage trade show and event activity across ambulance industry conferences and EMS forums in key geographies.
- Use AI tools as a practical productivity multiplier across content, analytics, automation and personalisation, or be confident adopting them quickly.
Commercial alignment
- Work in lockstep with the CCO, turning commercial strategy into marketing programmes with clear pipeline impact.
- Engage closely with Regional Directors to ensure campaigns are relevant, timely and supportive of their markets.
- Support installed-base programmes through targeted communications to existing customers.
- Contribute to investor and exit-readiness narratives, ensuring ACETECH's story is coherent, compelling and commercially credible.
- Track and report marketing performance with clear attribution to pipeline, revenue and brand metrics.
Experience
- Typically 7-10 years in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, fleet management, public safety or an adjacent sector.
- We are also open to strong candidates with approximately 5+ years' experience who have already owned marketing strategy and execution in a scaling business.
- Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution as a standalone contributor or while leading a small team.
- Demonstrable experience building GTM programmes from the ground up.
- A track record of generating measurable commercial outcomes from marketing investment.
- Experience working across international markets is highly advantageous.
We recognise that very few candidates will meet every point perfectly. If you do not match every criterion but believe you are right for the role, we would still encourage you to apply.
Capabilities
- Excellent writing skills across web, email, long-form content, social and executive messaging.
- Ability to build and execute digital campaigns end-to-end without heavy agency dependency.
- Experience using AI tools in a practical way to improve speed, consistency and output quality.
- Confidence producing board-ready reports and marketing performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, under pressure and without close supervision.
How You Work
We care as much about how people go about their work as what they have delivered. In this role, we're looking for someone who is selfaware and confident enough to give credit to others, takes the time to understand colleagues, customers and partners, and is comfortable with change and ambiguity. We expect high standards in writing and execution, openness about context and issues, and a practical focus on outcomes rather than activity. Above all, we want someone who follows work through to completion and is never too senior to roll up their sleeves when it matters.
This role is built around a genuine partnership with ACETECH's newly appointed CCO. You will be close to the commercial engine, present in the conversations that shape strategy and involved in the decisions that drive it. This is not a brief-taking relationship; it is a seat at the table.
Working Model and Flexibility
- Remote-first, Ireland-based.
- Travel is required on a flexible basis for team meetings, customer engagements, partner events and industry conferences.
- Travel frequency will vary with the commercial calendar and will be agreed directly with the CCO.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa restrictions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary
- 5% employer pension contribution.
- Deathinservice benefit.
- Health insurance.
- Permanent contract with annual leave and other standard company benefits.
