We are now recruiting for a Group Skills & Standards Trainer to assist with the delivery of the groups on the job skills development strategy for Dalata Academy. This position will work within a well-structured and organised L&D function and Group HR team and will report to the Group Learning & Development Manager.

More About The RoleThis role is a permanent full time role and the following will be the main duties of the role.
The position will be primarily based travelling around our hotels in Ireland , Northern Ireland, UK and Europe. An average week will consist of three days a week delivering training in our hotels and two days delivering virtual training, admin, planning, designing training content and team meetings.
This role is based in Dublin.

More About The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic & motivated self-starter for this role who will work as part of the Group L&D team.
- A passionate and confident facilitator with proven experience delivering skills-based training in hospitality environments.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Accommodation in a hotel setting is essential. Experience in Front Office is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to different audiences and learning styles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong PowerPoint experience is desired.
- Full Driving Licence holder with access to own car is essential.

More About The RoleThis role is a permanent full time role and the following will be the main duties of the role.
- Deliver skills training workshops as per training needs in the hotels across the portfolio;
- Assist with the pre-opening skills training for our new builds;
- Deliver training one to one and in group settings for our teams;
- Focus on Customer Care and embed high standards of customer care across all training;
- Support the design of training materials with the Group L&D Team;
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct skills audits and identify development opportunities aligned to hotel business needs.
- Utilising current Dalata Academy materials and tools;
- Deliver content for Heart of Hospitality customer experience programme;
- Deliver modules and content, as well as assist programme management with our Train the Trainer, Stepping Up and Reach programmes;
- Contribute and assist with Dalata Academy projects.
