Procure to Pay Process Lead, Grade VIII - Internal Advertisement Only

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this post is to lead and coordinate the Procure-to-Pay (p2) workstream from Accounts Payable as part of the IFMS upgrade project, ensuring successful implementation and readiness for the planned go live on 1st of March. The post holder will work alongside their existing responsibilities, providing project leadership, stakeholder engagement, process alignment, and operational support to facilitate a smooth transition to IFMS.

Essential Criteria:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP accounting software

• Experience and understanding of best practice in operations of Transactions Depts, to include Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations including VAT, PSWT, RCT, tax clearance requirements
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively and collegiately with colleagues in Finance and across CHI.
  • Strong Project Management Experience.
